	JJ Gufreda President JJ is President of GEI, Inc., which was the first transgender owned company certified as a LGBTBE by the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). GEI specializes in Business Process Improvement, Diversity Consulting, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Operations Improvement, and Total Quality Management services. 	Crytal Allen Treasurer Crystal is co-owner of A Total Solution CPA & Consulting Services, Inc. with her partner, Noell Allen. ATS provides bookkeeping, tax, and other accounting and business consulting services to a diverse group of clients. 	Barbara Baird Board Member Barbara is an Indianapolis attorney who has focused her practice on issues of importance to the LGBT community, including second parent and foster parent adoptions, wills, trusts, estate planning, domestic partnership and other non-traditional family issues. She has been an active supporter of organizations which promote equality and non-discrimination for LGBT and HIV+ citizens, including Lambda Legal, Indiana Equality and Indiana Youth Group. 	Emmanuel Merchiers Membership Chair Emmanuel is an Assistant Vice President for KeyBank and he is the Program Manager for their Employee Benefit Program called “Key at Work”. He is also a Certified Financial Educator and teaches Financial Literacy in local schools, charities, not for profit and companies in our community. Send Email
	John Sherman Board Member John is the owner of Sherman & Co. Public Relations. His full-service agency has served a number of corporate and nonprofit clients since its founding in 1991. He is the author of nine books and numerous articles. He has also written the libretto for the opera Biafra, based in part on his experiences during the Nigeria-Biafra Civil War. Send Email
