Küster Design, a newly certified LGBT Business Enterprise, is seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to create and spear head a comprehensive marketing plan to leverage the company's new status. The marketing plan and activities will include:

• Registering Küster Design in the Supplier Diversity databases for each of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) Corporate Partners.
• Identifying and introducing Küster Design to the appropriate Procurement Officer at each of these Partner firms.
• Communicating with each Partner firm and exploring how to best introduce our services to their Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers in the area of interior design.
• Determining which Supplier Diversity activities, newsletters, and networking events each Partner firm has and ensuring Küster Design is included on the invitation list for such events.
• Designing an appropriate marketing plan for maintaining regular contact with each Partner firm and its appropriate Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers as they relate to the procurement of Interior Design services.

Ideally, the above activities will be completed within a 90 day internship window.

The plan should be presented to the Principal for approval before commencing action.

The successful candidate will be able to set their own hours and performance will be measured by the successful completion of project tasks. He/she will need a computer, Internet access, and phone. A monthly stipend of $200 will be paid to cover expenses. Any approved printing or additional expenses will be reimbursed as required.
